All three moves listed above are either Grass or Fighting, which is beneficial for Virizion thanks to the STAB bonus awarded by each move.
Double Kick is the clear winner here for the Fast Move, as it has the best Energy and Power stats overall.
As for the Charged Moves, Leaf Blade has a very efficient DPE in Pokemon Go. Additionally, pairing it with Sacred Sword gives Virizion both a Grass and Fighting-type move in its arsenal.

Virizion’s best moveset to use in Raids is Double Kick as the Fast Move, with Sacred Sword and Leaf Blade as Charged Moves.
Similar to its use in PvP, Double Kick simply outclasses the other Fast Move options even when used in Raid content.
